Welcome to the 22 Day Womb Wellness Challenge!
I'm so excited to share this with you! On March 22 I was born into this world. This year I have a deep desire to celebrate with other women and heal together. Through this womb wellness challenge, I plan to do just that!
Each day there is a new prompt for you to add to your self care routine.
The ultimate vision is for you to finish this challenge feeling more confident and have more healing rituals to add to your womb wellness repertoire!

Morning Meditation: Start your day with a gentle meditation focused on connecting with your womb space. Sit comfortably, breathe deeply, and visualize warm, healing energy flowing into your womb. This practice helps to cultivate awareness and promote relaxation, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. Start with 5-10 minutes. 2. Herbal Tea Ritual: Brew a nourishing herbal tea blend tailored to support reproductive health, such as raspberry leaf, nettle, and red clover. Sip mindfully, allowing the healing properties of the herbs to nurture your womb and balance your hormones. Try to drink your tea with intention and joy. Visualize the warm tea warming up your womb and sending love to it.Â
3. Pelvic Floor Exercises: Incorporate simple pelvic floor exercises, like Kegels or pelvic tilts, into your daily routine to strengthen the muscles supporting your womb. Regular practice can improve pelvic stability, alleviate menstrual discomfort, and enhance sexual pleasure. 4. Yoni Steaming: Treat yourself to a soothing yoni steam using a blend of aromatic herbs like rosemary, chamomile, and calendula. This ancient practice helps to cleanse and tone the uterus, regulate menstrual cycles, and promote overall womb wellness. 5. Affirmation Practice: Write down empowering affirmations related to your womb health and repeat them daily. Affirmations like "My womb is a sacred space of creativity and vitality" can help to cultivate a positive mindset and foster a deeper connection with your feminine energy. Hang them up, put them in your phone. Be sure to speak them out loud consistently for best results.

6. Moon Cycle Tracking: Start tracking your menstrual cycle to gain insights into your body's natural rhythms and patterns. Use a journal or app like this one: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/stardust-period-tracker/id1495829322, to note the length of your cycle, symptoms, and any emotional or physical changes you experience throughout each phase.
7. Nutrient-Rich Foods: Nourish your body with nutrient-rich foods that support womb health, such as leafy greens, berries, seeds, and fatty fish. Incorporate ingredients like avocado, flaxseed, and turmeric into your meals to reduce inflammation and promote hormonal balance. Make a big pot of warming soup with ginger, cayenne, leafy greens, and legumes.Â
8. Sacred Bath Ritual: Create a sacred bath ritual using epsom salts, essential oils, and dried herbs like lavender and rose petals. Soak in the warm water, allowing tension to melt away as you honor and nurture your womb space.
9. Breathwork Practice: Practice deep breathing exercises to release tension and increase circulation to your pelvic area. Inhale deeply, expanding your belly and diaphragm, then exhale slowly, releasing any stagnant energy stored in your womb. 10. Creative Expression: Engage in a creative activity that honors your feminine energy, such as painting, dancing, or writing poetry. Allow yourself to express your emotions and connect with your inner wisdom through artistic expression. Tap into that little girl, pull out some crayons and just create!Â
11. Womb Massage: Treat yourself to a gentle womb massage using warm oil and circular motions to increase circulation and promote relaxation. Focus on massaging your lower abdomen in clockwise motions to stimulate blood flow and support digestive health. Do a 3-5 minute womb massage when you rise, and before you rest.Â
12. Gratitude Practice: Take a moment each day to express gratitude for your womb and the incredible abilities of your body. Acknowledge the wisdom and resilience of your reproductive system, cultivating a sense of appreciation and reverence for your feminine essence. You can write down your gratitude in a journal and go back to it often. If you are having a hard time finding what you are grateful for now within your womb, speak/write it into existence.Â
13. Nature Connection: Spend time outdoors connecting with the natural world and grounding your energy. Take a walk in nature, sit beneath a tree, or practice earthing (being barefoot in the earth) to absorb the healing vibrations of the earth and recharge your womb energy.
14. Womb Yoga Sequence: Practice a gentle yoga sequence designed to nourish and support your womb health. Incorporate poses like child's pose, goddess pose, and reclined bound angle pose to release tension and increase circulation to your pelvic area. 15. Sacred Sound Healing: Listen to soothing music or sound healing frequencies specifically designed to balance and harmonize the energy of your womb. Allow the vibrations to resonate deeply within you, promoting relaxation and restoring energetic balance. 16. Detoxify Your Environment: Take steps to reduce your exposure to toxins and environmental pollutants that can disrupt hormonal balance. Switch to natural cleaning products, choose organic personal care items, and minimize your use of plastics to support overall womb wellness. 17. Community Connection: Connect with other women on a similar journey of womb wellness through online forums, support groups, or women's circles. Share experiences, offer encouragement, and cultivate a sense of sisterhood as you navigate your individual healing paths together. Consider inviting your friends over for a womb focused evening, or joining one of our Womb Wellness Winners Circles dedicated to creating a safe space to heal and elevate to our higher selves.Â
18. Self-Love Ritual: Dedicate time each day to practice self-love and self-care rituals that honor your body and spirit. Take a luxurious bath, give yourself a nurturing massage, or simply spend quiet moments in reflection, expressing love and gratitude for all that you are. Really think about what you can do today that honors your love for yourself. Be selfish today!
19. Sacred Feminine Dance: Dance freely to rhythmic music, allowing your body to move intuitively and expressively. Tune into the sacred feminine energy within you, embracing your sensuality and celebrating the divine essence of your womb. Dance like nobody's around and like you are the most high (as you are)
20. Womb Blessing Ceremony: Perform a personal womb blessing ceremony to honor and activate the sacred energy of your womb. Light candles, offer prayers or intentions, and visualize your womb radiating with healing light and love. 21. Intuitive Eating: Practice intuitive eating by listening to your body's hunger and fullness cues and choosing foods that nourish and satisfy you. Pay attention to how different foods make you feel, tuning into your body's wisdom and honoring its unique needs. Put your phone away from the table, no TV, just you and your nourishing food. Honor your time with your food. Eat slow, drink before or after meals, and simply be present with your body and your food.Â
22. Celebration Reflection: Happy Womb Wellness!!! Take time to reflect on your womb wellness journey and acknowledge the progress you've made. Celebrate your commitment to nurturing and honoring your womb, knowing that each small step you take contributes to your overall health and vitality. Today is a Womb Party! Start and end your day with joy and don’t let anyone or anything steal your joy!
Remember, the key to incorporating these daily challenges is to approach them with an open heart and a spirit of curiosity and self-compassion. Allow yourself to embrace each experience fully, trusting in the innate wisdom of your body and the healing power of ancestral wellness practices. When we reclaim our wellness, we reclaim our life.
